A, Anti-migrant RFID/NFC inlay

Both HF/NFC RFID tamper proof, anti-counterfeiting fragile antennas and common RFID aluminum antennas are made by using printing and etching processes. The difference is that tamper proof,anti-counterfeiting antennas are fixed on an additional brittle thin clear sheet which is put on PET substrate on an aluminum layer. Tamper proof HF/NFC RFID inlays are easily broken with a little strength of tearing. Our tamper proof inlay or pre-printed label can be stuck directly on the glass,bottle,paper,plastic and other materials. it is practically impossible to tear off the whole antenna or transponder from a surface. If there would be even the smallest part of the antenna left on the place where it was stuck,the RFID transponder will never work again.

There are at least three ways to prevent a label from being transferred:

3. Brittle substrate of inlay design

The label is usually applied on a UHF tamper proof thin and fragile inlay with on one side aluminum with a strong glue. Any attempt to tear off the label will destroy the RFID transponder.

4. Special design glue solutions

A cost effective method preventing counterfeit by bottle refilling, heat transferring or migrating. With even the chip configuration securely blocked to prohibit any one attempting to produce fake brand products, especially for brand alcohol and tobaccos, foods, medicines and automobile parts or other machine parts, factory security or other disposable use. With NFC technology recently widely adapted, NFC tamper proof inlays or labels can be conveniently read out by NFC mobile devices. Therefore it is easy and secure to link a final product with an NFC label with the end users through a cloud database or application using a mobile internet connection.

B, High security RFID chip and encryption.

1. Chip UID authentication,

The UID is a unique code for every label registered in an online database. Specific data permanently encoded in memory guarantees authentication, even in an offline environment.

2. TDES encryption content in Chip

Encrypted data in the chip protect against any un-authorized reading. In order to prevent the whole chip including the UID to be cloned.

C, High security program for verification

1. Tacking every operation of label reading

The NFC chip will count every time it is read and synchronizes this information with the online database, thus tracking any suspicious label reading with a notification in the APP which includes the recorded geographical info and the recorded reading device. The system will automatically track any abnormal events.

2. The system security design keeps the online database safe.

A NFC mobile device, though the APP, will connect to the correct online application severs only.
