Job Description:

1.With 2 years or more B2B sales and new business development and management experience , with proven sales track record, with key traits to drive and deliver fast growing businesses, suit someone in a fast pace and changing environment;

2.Proven track record in successfully managing and development a sales team;

3.Experience in defining and redefining sales processes and drive sales revenue growth;

4.Experienced in developing holistic sales strategies that demonstrate business acumen, coordination with international markets and alignment with the company’s strategic plan;

5.With sales experience in consultancy sales, solution base business, intelligence business will be a distinctive advantage;

6.Industry background in relation to RFID will be an advantage;

7.Flexible to travel within China and overseas.

Knowledge, Experience:

1.More than 2 years relevant experience in sales or business development;

2.Sensitive to market, analytical customer psychology, seize market opportunities, ability to independently develop the market.

3.Knowledge of use ALIBABA, MADE IN CHINA, LINKEDIN, XING,YOUTUBE is a plus.

4.Strong activity, good verbal skills, affinity and bargaining skills, establish and maintain relationships with customer in the short term.

5.Communication in English and good computer skills.
